With over 25 years of experience in movement, physical education and wellbeing, Adriana brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication and genuine passion to Body Connection.
Originally trained in Brazil, Adriana holds a degree in Physical Education from FEFISA University, with postgraduate studies at FMU University and further professional training at the CGPA Institute.
Her diverse career has included swimming coaching, sports development and movement education, shaping her understanding of how the body moves and the importance of an individualised approach.
As the founder of Body Connection, Adriana has created a welcoming environment where professional expertise and genuine human connection go hand in hand.
Her passion lies in helping people build confidence in their bodies, embrace movement and enjoy a better quality of life.
